Because I have been where you are.

After the birth of my son, my hormones were crazy.

Insomnia, anxiety, depression - you name it - my body was experiencing it.  As a Doctor of Oriental Medicine, I thought I should know exactly what to do.

But I realized that the only way to get healthy and have a better life was to focus on was focusing on who I was being, not what I was doing.

I dug deep into what was behind my thoughts and feelings as a new mom while nourishing and supporting my body with real food. Within just a few weeks, my hormones were balanced and my body was functioning better than ever.

Dr. Nancy Crowell, DOM, YTT,

Dr. Nancy Crowell, DOM, YTT, is a trained Doctor of Oriental Medicine and a yoga teacher. Through her signature whole body wellness programs, she focuses on customized diet and lifestyle choices, while uncovering the thoughts and emotions affecting wellness.

Nancy helps her clients balance hormones, effectively treat adrenal fatigue, end gas and bloating, lose weight, clear acne, gain better sleep, and decrease stress and anxiety.

With a Masters degree in Oriental medicine from Southwest Acupuncture College in Santa Fe, NM, Nancy focused on The 5 Elements and Japanese Meridian therapy.

Additionally, she did her teacher training at Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Dhanwantari Yoga Ashram in Kerala, India. She has also studied Thai yoga massage therapy in Thailand.
